10 nice nurseries

Happy monday everyone! Welcome to a new week! This week is taking me away on a little break with my hubby and two boys. It's something I've been looking forward to for what seems like forever. While I'm away I'll also be taking a little break from Nooshloves but will be back in a fortnight with more inspiration and ideas than you can poke a stick at...
In the meantime, I'm leaving you with 10 nice nurseries to ogle over. x

Take 2 pretty little nurseries...

Every once in a while I just need a shot of fairy floss to rebalance the equilibrium in my world of bugs and mud. These two spaces scratch that itch perfectly... Loving the stars and the fairy lights, the fluffy white rug, drawers and pastel pink trike. Haven't they both just hit the perfect shade? Love them.

Pretty prints fit for a princess

Love love love this nursery! It's one of the prettiest nursery spaces I've seen in a while. And it has so many clever and simple ideas and so much impact! The confident mix of prints and patterns, along with the complimentry colour choices (which are so pretty), make for a soft, feminine and modern vibe.
Note the clever use of the Ikea Expedit with drawer inserts and custom handles - it looks like a totally not-ikea piece!

21 x Nifty nurseries

21! Phew! That's a lot of nursery joy! From feature walls to fabulous floors...
Take a look and tell me what you love...

Clean, white and ultra modern

I'm not sure if it was the Eero Aarnio Bubble Chair that won me over with this room, or perhaps it was the super-cool rocket wall mural, but this clean white palette (which I know would make me crazy with 2 messy boys) just makes me feel so calm. I want to stare at this room all day! It's a great design for a nursery space (how could a baby be anything but a great sleeper in here with all the beautiful natural light?) and practical in the sense that if they can't run around yet, they can't really make too much of a mess of the whiteness right? I love this room so much aesthetically it makes me not even care about the impracticality of it (but I can see my husband shaking his head and rolling his eyes at me for that comment from here).
I do need that world map feature wall in the second shot though - it makes my heart skip a beat! I'll stop gushing about the decor now and let you enjoy the room.

Black & white nursery crush

I am in monochromatic heaven! The ever-so-talented Nicole over at Little Liberty has put together one sweeeeeeeeet little nursery space and I'm loving every square inch of it! So much so that I had to know where some of the gorgeous pieces came from so I did a little investigating... the ampersand cushion (available here) and the striped monkey (available here), but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find that stunning wallpaper anywhere! That's why you need a Nicole...

Lovely little Euro designs...

Loving this one. It's a stunning little space I found over at DecoPeques. How much do you wish we had all this beautiful European designed kids furniture here in Australia? Maybe Noosh needs to get to work designing huh?
